Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to accurately account for food, beverages and table/ceremony layouts, we are asking that everyone RSVP no later than Thursday, October 31st, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that guests arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled ceremony, unless specifically requested to arrive early. We also ask that guests arrive no later than 10 minutes prior, in order for everyone to find a seat. Due to the layout of the venue, entering after the start of the ceremony will place you right in the middle.

What will you have to drink?

Answer

The venue does not allow hard alcohol, please do not bring any to the property, as it could result in the wedding being kicked out. We will have beer and cider on tap, as well as hard seltzers, soda, and water available. Please remember your photo ID so the bar tenders may validate you are over 21.

Due to space constraints, we do ask everyone to limit those attending to those listed on the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Although we would love to see everyone get dressed up, we are more casual people. Men are welcome to wear a nice pair of jeans and their boots. We do ask that you refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white, cream and ivory.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Green Villa Barn has ample on-site parking spaces and is ADA accessible. The gravel lot is along the back of the building, which is where the main entrance will be. *We ask that you avoid using front/street facing entrance as this is more of a staging area than a true entrance
