A Night To Dismember: ‘Til We Are Ghosts

Early on in the night, Shela sees a mustache she can’t forget. She continues to sneak looks in as much as possible, while still trying to be conspicuous (it wouldn’t be until years later, she found out that she was anything but).. The moment she has enough “liquid courage” to say anything, alas, the mustache was gone. She heads to the bar for a drink, feeling defeated that she may have missed her only opportunity. Standing there, moping about, she hears the most angelic voice speak to her. When she turns to the voice to thank them, she sees it’s none other than THE MUSTACHE. The two of them start talking, really hitting it off. Shela invites the young gentleman, whom she recently discovered is named Chris, to come join her and her friends. He happily agrees, and they spend the whole rest of the night dancing together. They exchange social medias, both thinking they would more than likely never see each other again.. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case. Chris invites Shela to the state fair for their first “official date”. Even though it started off rocky, they both had an unforgettable time together. After dropping Shela off, she couldn’t wait to see him again. She immediately started going on and on about how “amazing and perfect” this man was to her friends/family. Chris sent Shela a message saying, “So when do I get to see you again? ^_^ ” 3 years later.. Christopher proposes at their annual Halloween party. 5 years later.. wedding planning has started. 6 years later.. They’ll be saying, “I do.” And start the rest of their lives together.
