Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors, as long as no rain or freezing temperatures. Please bring a light jacket or cover up as needed. The reception and dinner will be indoors. In the event of rain, ceremony will be moved indoors at the same venue location.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. Cars may be left overnight at the venue, but must be picked up by 10am Saturday morning.

Is there a block of rooms reserved at a hotel?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Lancaster Arts Hotel in the city of Lancaster. Mention our names McCalicher/Hazel when you book. There are other hotels in the city that are close to the venue, but this is our only reserved block.

Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Answer

Two shuttles will be provided from the Lancaster Arts Hotel to the venue. They will depart from the hotel at 3:45pm.

We love your children, but our wedding will be an adults-only event.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar starting at cocktail hour and until 9:30pm. Bar menu will be provided, with a few specialty drink options.
