1. Make and enjoy one of our signature cocktails for the toast Paloma: Kosher salt 1/2 Lime 2 oz. El Tesoro Platinum Tequila 1/2 oz. Grapefruit juice 1/2 oz. Simple syrup San Pellegrino Pompelmo Grapefruit soda 1 Lime wheel Rim a highball glass with kosher salt. Squeeze the lime into a shaker and drop it in. Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup and short shake it with 3 ice cubes. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with the lime wheel and serve with a straw. Orange Creamsicle ~1 cup of ice 1.5 oz dry gin or unflavored vodka 1.0 oz orange juice 0.5 oz lemon juice 0.5 oz Cointreau 1 heaping tablespoon of Coconut Cream Optional: Quick squeeze of honey and 3 drops of bitters OR 0.5 oz Benedictine If using honey, squeeze into the small shaker cup, take a spoon, & beat vigorously to heat up. Add other ingredients to shaker cup, fill cup with ice. Shake for ~15 seconds, until well mixed. Double strain into a coupe
