Congrats on eloping! Will we be able to watch the ceremony?

Answer

YES! We will have a live-stream of our ceremony. If you would like to watch the ceremony, please contact the bride to receive the link to the video stream.

Is there a dress code for the reception?

Answer

Break out your favorite Grove attire to dance the night away with us! For the Carolina fans joining us, that means somewhere between church clothes and semi-formal.

Are kids welcome at the reception?

Answer

We love children! Children are welcome to attend the reception.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Thanks for asking! After years of living on our own, we have most of the dishes and cooking supplies that we could ever need. Although we do have small registries through Amazon, Target, and Macy's, please don't feel obligated! We also have a student loan fund on our registry page.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have room blocks at the the Courtyard Marriott (which is where we are holding the reception!) and the Hampton Inn. More information about room block discounts may be found on the travel page of our wedding website. There are also some lovely AirBnbs nearby that are worth a look!

I have a food allergy; can I make a special request?

Answer

The bride has celiac disease and has to eat gluten-free, so we definitely understand food allergies! If you have a food allergy, please let the bride or groom know, and we will do our best to accommodate.

I am a wheelchair, walker, or scooter user. How do I enter the venue?

Answer

The reception, if weather permits, will be held on the rooftop of the Courtyard Marriott. There is an accessible drop-off and full elevator access. The Courtyard’s ballroom is also accessible.
