Question

What if I am unable to attend the wedding in person?

Answer

You can still join the party virtually! Pine Rose is live-streaming the whole event so that you can still be a part of our special day! https://pineroseweddings.com/samantha-chris

Question

What is the safety protocol?

Answer

Due to the new Delta variant, we are asking for the health and safety of you and all of our guests (Chris and Samantha included), that you could please stop by your local testing center for a free COVID before coming to the wedding. Since the ceremony and reception are outside, masks are not required. However, feel free to wear a mask if that feels more comfortable. Pine Rose has ensured us that every cabin goes through an extra deep cleaning between guests and will have sanitzer throughout the venue.

Question

How do I reserve a cabin?

Answer

Call Pine Rose Cabins at (909) 337-2341 between 10am and 5pm PST. Tell them that you are with the wedding of Chris and Samantha on Sunday, August 29, 2021. You must call to make your reservation and receive the discount. You will not be able book it online as they are being held for us and will appear "occupied." All of the studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom cabins are held for our guests to reserve the night of the wedding. They will hold these until October 15, 2020. On October 16th, the remaining unbooked cabins will be released to the public. You still might be able to reserve them but Pine Rose cannot guarantee that they will have those available after October 15th.

Question

What if I already booked a cabin?

Answer

You will be able to move your cabin reservation to our new date at no charge. Call Pine Rose Cabins at (909) 337-2341 between 10am and 5pm PST and ask to speak to either April or Ashley. Tell them the original date of the wedding, August 30, 2020 so that they can pull up the correct reservation and ask them to move it to the new date, August 29, 2021. If you decide to cancel your reservation, unfortunately there will be a cancellation fee. We suggest just moving your reservation as opposed to cancelling it.

Question

Are there larger cabins available?

Answer

Yes! Pine Rose has 3 bedroom cabins and lodges if you have a big family or want to share a cabin with a bunch of friends. They are available to the general public as well so if you want a larger cabin/lodge, we suggest booking that ASAP. Keep in mind that the larger cabins and lodges require a minimum stay of 2 nights. *Remember to mention that you are attending our wedding to receive a discount

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, floral dresses, dressy jumpsuits, slacks, button-downs, sports coats. No jeans please. It is outdoors so a light jacket may make it cozy in the evening. There may be some areas where the surface is uneven so wedges, thicker heels or flats may be best.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If the RSVP says "and guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
