Will children be allowed to attend the ceremony and reception

Answer

Although we love your children, the venue can not accommodate them all, there for we are only able to extend the invites to the children of the wedding party. sorry for any inconvenience, we hope you can make it a date night away to celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest” then yes, if not then we would prefer if it was just you.

What is the dress code

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and suits are welcome, and so are gowns and cocktail dresses, other options are LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, as well as jackets and slacks. Please do not wear white.

What kind of bar is going to be available to guests

Answer

We will be having a cashless toonie bar, this means you can purchase and receive drink tickets via debit card and credit cards at the reception. This allows your self and the bartender to focus on the drinks instead of handling cash and counting change. Please remember to tip the bartender. Please also note all tips at the bar will go directly to the bartender and not the bride a groom.

Will there be free parking available

Answer

There is lots of space for parking at the reception hall down the street from the church. Please park at the hall and walk three minutes to the church as the church has no space for parking. Overnight parking at the venue is ok if guests need it.

What happens after the ceremony

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride, groom and the wedding party will be taken away to do pictures for 45 mins to an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall for cocktail hour to enjoy some snacks and beverages.

We have a amazing photographers who will be capturing our day, so we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We will happily share our professional images with you after the wedding! thank you for understanding
