Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate if you would RSVP as soon as possible if you will be joining us! If you need time to make arrangements, we ask that you RSVP no later than May 1st, 2026. You can RSVP through the invitation in your email.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4pm, so we suggest you arrive 20 minutes early to allow time to park and get settled in. There is plenty of parking and a short walk to the Garden Chapel (Whistle Bear Staff will be onsite to direct you).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Final guest count has to be provided to the venue in advance of the wedding date to ensure the correct number of meals are prepared. Unless your invitation has indicated you + a guest, please just bring yourself.

Are kids welcome?

We are keeping our wedding Adults only. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I make a special food request?

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be a section to indicate any food allergies or sensitivities. If you forget, you can either email us ahead of the wedding, or let the server know when they take your dinner order after the ceremony. Please note: The venue may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Whistle Bear has sufficient parking to accommodate all guests for the ceremony and reception. You are able to leave your car overnight and pickup the next morning if you require an alternate ride home after celebrating with us!

Is there transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing shuttle services for the wedding.
