If your envelope says [your name] & guest, then feel free to bring whomever you'd like.

Yes! Please be wise about it though. We want to remember this night!

Do I have to donate to your registry?

Answer

No, but it does make things a lot easier for us. The wedding is in Las Vegas and we live in Utah, so taking gifts home may be a challenge.
