Question

Who can I contact if I have any questions?

Answer

Please e mail our wedding planner Reeve Terlingen at reeve@vowsofjoy.com

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be fully outdoors. The weather in Tarragona in April is pleasantly warm and Spring like. Weather ranges from 12° celsius (54°F) in the morning, and 20°C (68°F) in the afternoon. We do recommend that you bring a light jacket or a shawl for the evening as it tends to get a little chilly.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Only children from the immediate family are invited.

Question

Are high heels suitable?

Answer

We wouldn't suggest high heels/stilettos as the terrain may be uneven and or grassy. Please wear flats, wedges or thicker heels instead.

What's the best way to get to Sitges from Barcelona?

Answer

No worries! When you RSVP, there will be an option for you to input your dietary needs.

Will there be shuttle buses provided to and from the venues?

Question

What do I see/do in Barcelona and Sitges?

Answer

-For Barcelona: If you are coming from the United States, we recommend flying into Aeroport de Barcelona-El Prat (BCN). Consider spending some time in the city and exploring the beautiful and historic sites including Basílica de la Sagrada Família, Park Güell, Cathedral of Barcelona, Casa Batlló and more. Also consider booking regional experiences such as tapas tours, wine tastings, and paella cooking classes through Airbnb experiences and Viator. - For Sitges: Located approximately 25 minutes west of Barcelona via taxi, Sitges is a historic beach town with beautiful views. While it may not be warm enough to jump in the water this time of year, enjoy the sights walking along the beach trail. Consider visiting the Iglesia de San Bartolomé y Santa Tecla, overlooking the Balearic Sea, and exploring the countless local bakeries and restaurants. Note, some attractions and businesses may be closed this time of year, but with Sitges' year-round resident population there is enough buzz to create a wonderful atmosphere.
