Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than June 23 please!

Question

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

ASAP!!! In order to guarantee a room reserved in our block you MUST book by July 8! We have a limited quantity available and rooms are booking up quickly so please don't wait!

Question

What time is shuttle pick-up/drop-off?

Answer

Two shuttles will arrive for pick-up at the Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway at 4:00 pm and will leave for Crossed Keys Estate promptly at 4:15 pm. At the end of the evening, the shuttles will arrive for pick-up at Crossed Keys Estate at 11:30 pm and will leave for the Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway promptly at 11:45 pm. **We are aware that check-in at the Hilton is at 4:00 pm. While they cannot guarantee early check-in, they will do their best to accommodate our guests, so please show up early/on time! If you are unable to check-in prior to 4:00 pm, they will store your belongings safely until we return at the end of the night. If you do miss the shuttles, there is parking available at Crossed Keys Estate. Guests are allowed to leave their cars in the parking lot overnight and can pick up in the morning.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We know you're excited, but please do not arrive at the venue earlier than 4:30 PM.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Come dressed in your summer best and be ready to get down on the dance floor! Our wedding colors are green & white, so please avoid these if possible. Block heels (or heel protectors if opting for stilettos) are advised as our ceremony will take place on the grass.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are having an outdoor garden ceremony followed by an indoor cocktail hour/reception (weather permitting)!

Plugged or unplugged?

Answer

While this isn't formally an unplugged ceremony (we can't wait to see your pictures!) we do ask that you keep your device usage to a minimum. Leave most of the picture/video taking to the professionals :)
