Will transportation to and from the venue be provided?

Yes - the pickup spot will be at the Bobby Hotel. Pick up: 3:30 pm Departure: 10:45pm

Will I get to meet Helix?

We hope so! But she will be with a Rover on Friday and Saturday. Feel free to come by on Sunday :)

Can I Uber/Lyft to and from the venue?

Answer

You can Uber/Lyft to and from the venue. Chris showed me I was wrong and you can easily get an Uber/Lyft back downtown—the beauty of partnership.

What neighborhood should I stay in?

Answer

Downtown will be the best option since the shuttle pick-up is at the Bobby Hotel and you will be close to all the action. But you can easily uber/lyft into downtown. Other fun neighborhoods: all less than 13 mins away Germantown, Gulch, East Nashville, and Music Row!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Reception and dinner will be indoors.
