Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This event is Casual attire.

We have reserved a large section of the brewery, come kick off the weekend celebrations! This event will have a cash bar. Charcuterie and hummus platters along with a dessert platter will be provided. There is additional food available for purchase (pizza's, salads, etc.). Shuttle service will be provided between the hotels and Hardywood. The first hotel pickup will be at 3:45pm, running every hour until the final return at 7:15pm. Please be aware parking is limited. Groups are welcome to park in the brewery's lot, or on Overbrook or Ownby Ln. Vehicles parked in surrounding apartment complexes and businesses/private lots are subject to be towed. Uber/Lyft are also available.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This event is Formal/Cocktail attire (women in floor-length dresses and men in dress slacks with a jacket or blazer, tie optional).

Shuttles will be provided to and from each hotel on our website and the wedding venue. Shuttles will arrive at each hotel at 3pm and depart by 3:15pm to head to the venue. There will be an early shuttle for guests to take back to their hotels at 9pm. We're excited to offer a variety of delicious options for dinner, served station–style so you can enjoy a little bit of everything! Please see the FAQ tab for more information on food & drinks!
