Lauren and Sonali met during the first week of medical school, while in line getting their ID photos taken. Since that day they have relied on each other to survive medical school exams, anatomy, clinical rotations, dating, and generally navigating adulthood. Sonali lives in Philadelphia and is finishing her second year of endocrinology fellowship at Cooper University Hospital.

Chris isn't as good at writing descriptions as Lauren. Matt is one of the Matts that Chris is very, very good friends with. He is the best man, maybe the best Matt. Only time -- and this wedding -- will tell.
Courtney Choi

Courtney is Lauren’s middle sister. As kids, Courtney and Lauren were inseparable. They would charge their parents admission to see modern dance interpretations to Celine Dion classics. Although Lauren is older, Courtney would always of take care of her. She is the family glue. Courtney now works in San Francisco at Airbnb.

Points for Ricky: his name is not "Chris" or "Matt." Caution: his beard is larger than it appears in this photo. Funfact: be sure to ask Ricky about the time he was a bandwagon Heat fan when LeBron played there. He loves talking about that.
Brittany Choi

Brittany is Lauren’s baby sister. They are seven years apart, but as they grew older, the age difference seems less noticeable. Brittany has always been there to offer calm and level headed advice. Brittany is an elementary English school teacher in Pleasanton.

Jessica Lin

Jessica And Lauren met their first year at Wellesley College. They spent one summer in college in Peru, volunteering and traveling in the Inca Valley. The next summer, they lived in a rundown MIT fraternity house, taking MCAT courses and researching protein chemistry in the same lab. Jessica lives in Manhattan and is a neurointensive fellow at New York University Hospital.

See what I'm saying? Do you know how difficult it was to get name diversity in this bridal party? The only reason Matt is at the back is because he's so ridiculously tall, and we needed to give our photographer options to crop as necessary. Love you, Matt!

James Zachary, known to his best friends as Jay-Z, will be Chris and Lauren's ring bearer. He is a very good boy.
