Where should we stay?

We have a block of rooms at the Montgomery Bell Lodge, which you can access through the “Accommodations” tab of our website. Please book by 9/29/26 to get our special room rate!

Where should we park and how do we get to the venue/pavilion?

Answer

If you are staying at The Lodge, you can park in the parking lot there (follow online maps to 1000 Hotel Ave) and follow the signs inside to take a short walk (approximately a quarter mile, including multiple sets of stairs) across the bridge to the ceremony at the pavilion. If you prefer to drive closer to the pavilion, or if you are not staying at The Lodge, you can park at the parking lot at the top of the hill (following online maps to 1000 Beach Road leads to this parking lot). The walk from the pavilion parking lot is approximately 300 feet, paved, along a steep hill. If you or anyone in your party have accessibility or mobility issues, you can drive down the hill to the pavilion entrance to drop off a passenger but please return your vehicle to the parking lot.
