Our favorite beach! Beach access points are numbered "stations" and they are public. Signs indicate where street parking is allowed. We have enjoyed eating at "The Obstinate Daughter" and have gotten snacks and drinks for the beach from the Co-Op, which is famous for their "Frose" or frozen rose (but please note, drinking is not permitted on the beach).
A great place for dinner or drinks in Mt. Pleasant! We ate at Tavern and Table while celebrating our engagement. The restaurants and bars on Shem Creek offer beautiful sunset and water views. Check out the rooftop at Saltwater Cowboys for a great view!
Sandwiches, salads, sweets. We picked up a delicious beach lunch to go!
There are quite a few fun stores here!
On Saturdays between 12 and 8, there is a free Charleston Brewery District hop on trolley. Chris and I haven't been on the trolley, but it sounds cool! We have been to Revelry, Edmund's Oast, Baker and Brewer and tried several other local beers in the name of research, ask Chris for his recommendations!
If you like spice, this place is really cool! We've been twice!
I loved the pizza here!
Had a really great brunch here! Chicken and waffles, she crab soup!
Impressive craft cocktails!
They have a location downtown and in West Ashley. We liked Home Team BBQ a lot but we've also been told we should try Lewis BBQ as well as Rodneys. Let us know if you try them all and know the winner!
