This hotel is in walking distance to the wedding reception as well as downtown - about 600 yards or a 15-minute walk. We have 10 King rooms reserved at this hotel with either parkview ($197/night) or lakeview ($251) rooms - these discounted rates do NOT include taxes or $15/day resort fee. To receive discounted room block rate, guests MUST call and book reservation over the phone by mentioning the "Kron-Vining Block". A one night room fee, tax, and resort fee is charged upon booking. The deposit is fully refundable with at least 72 hours notice before the scheduled arrival date. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 12pm. One parking space is allotted per room. The last day to book a room on this block is July 15, 2022 (about 2 months prior to the wedding).

You may certainly reserve a different suite type but the rates will vary accordingly. To receive discounted room block rate, guests MUST call and book reservation over the phone by mentioning the "Kron-Vining Wedding Block". A one night room fee, tax, and resort fee is charged upon booking. The deposit is fully refundable with at least 72 hours notice before the scheduled arrival date. There is a $15 fee for any cancelled reservation. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Two parking spaces are allotted per room. The last day to book a room on this block is July 18, 2022 (about 2 months prior to the wedding).

A credit card on file is required to book a reservation but no deposit is charged at that time. If needing to cancel, reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to planned arrival date or the credit card on file will be charged one night's room fee plus taxes. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. One parking space is allotted per room. The last day to book a room on this block is August 16, 2022 (about 1 month prior to the wedding).

This hotel is NOT in walking distance to the wedding reception. Shuttle details to the ceremony and reception are still to be determined. We have 15 rooms (King and Double Queens) reserved at this hotel at the rate of $189/night - these discounted rates do NOT include taxes. To receive discounted room block rate, guests MUST call and book reservation over the phone by mentioning the "Kron-Vining Wedding". No deposit is required at the time of booking but the reservation does require a credit card on file. A one night room fee, tax, and resort fee is charged upon booking. One night room fee and tax will be charged if canceling a reservation with less than 48 hours notice to the hotel. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. One parking space is allotted per room. Additional parking may be available if needed. The last day to book a room on this block is August 1, 2022 (about 1.5 months prior to the wedding).
Flight
Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee is about 1 hour from Lake Geneva. As of December of 2021, Delta Airlines and JetBlue both offer non-stop flights from Boston to Milwaukee.
Flight
O'Hare Airport in Chicago is 75 minutes to 1.5 hours from Lake Geneva. American Airlines and JetBlue both have non-stop flights from Boston to O'Hare.
Flight
Midway International Airport which is south of downtown Chicago, is at least 1.5 hours from Lake Geneva. As of December 2021, Southwest Airlines offers direct flights from Boston to Midway. Generally Milwaukee and O'Hare airports are preferred of Midway due to distance and limited flight options.
