Forever and Always

Our love story began pre-pandemic in March of 2020. Judi and Chris started talking around this time and were getting to know each other. Almost immediately they knew that God had something special in store for them and what was meant to be, will be. COVID-19 threw them a curveball and quarantining did not make anything easier, but while Chris was in Georgia and Judi remained in New York, their connection grew stronger over the next few months. Finally, Chris decided to brave the risks of the pandemic and fly to New York to meet Judi and their love story began at La Guardia Airport. They shared their first meal together in the car while enjoying the heavy rain that was surrounding them. Instantaneously, the chemistry they grew over the last few months over texts and facetimes, were rekindled in person and felt like they knew each other for years. They quickly realized they found in each other what they’ve been searching for-someone kind, honest, supportive and someone who shared their values and goals. On July 24th, 2020, Chris had the pleasure to ask Judi to officially be his girlfriend and start this journey exploring life with him. Over the next few years, their love was tested with long distance and every good bye was getting harder and harder as they began to grow in love and unity. But through it all, they knew that if God had ordained them to be together, then the difficult days would be worth it for a life time of happiness. On February 11th, 2023, Chris believed that Judi was the one that God had hand-picked for him to continue his journey in life with, and asked for her hand in marriage, with the blessing of their families and friends. Chris rented out a roof top in Long Island City that overlooked their favorite place, the New York skyline. Surrounded by their loved ones, Judi said yes to Chris' proposal and the wedding planning commenced. On October 14th, 2023, their love story continues...
