Wedding Day Schedule
5:00PM Guests arrive at the vineyard, find their seats, and enjoy the scenery. Wine and beer will be provided. Enjoy the libations!
5:30PM Ceremony begins promptly. Please be seated and unplug as we say “I do.”
5:45PM Ceremony Concludes & Guests transition to cocktail hour.
6:00–7:00PM Cocktail Hour - Enjoy wine, local beer, and appetizers while photos are taken among the vines.
7:00PM Wedding Reception Begins
7:10PM Newlywed Grand Entrance & Welcome Toast
7:15PM Dinner is set out to enjoy buffet style
7:45PM Toasts - Family and friends share a few words
8:15PM Cake Cutting & Dessert
8:15PM First Dance & Open Dancing
Newlywed’s first dance kicks off an evening of dancing!
9:15PM Last Dance - Final song to close out the night at VanArnam.
9:30PM Reception concludes & After-Hours Celebration Begins!
9:30PM Shuttles depart for Celebration at Cory house!
