Question

How do we book our room?

Answer

Go to the TRAVEL page and click the button under "Book Your Room Here". You will have to put a deposit down of one nights stay. The balance will be due 90 days before arrival. (~March 14th, 2026). If you'd like to come a few days early or stay a few days later, reach out to teamgroup@velasresorts.com to manually add dates to your stay! (Sorry for the extra step)

Are kids allowed?

As much as we love your kids, our wedding will be an adults-only affair. Thank you for understanding and celebrating with us!

Where do we fly into?

Answer

Mar Del Cabo is right in the middle of (FBO) Aeropuerto Cabo San Lucas Internacional and Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) so either one will work. However, we prefer SJD.

What do we do during the day on Saturday?

Answer

The wedding starts around 4pm on Saturday. So before that you have time to relax, go on an adventure, shop, eat, go to Mango Deck, The Office, etc. Or you can stay at Mar Del Cabo, hang by the pool, get a massage at the Spa, eat at the restaurant, you name it! We will send more recommendations soon!

Is it okay we stay at another hotel or Airbnb?

Answer

We are on the line to book out this whole hotel, so please talk to us before. We are thinking our guest list might be bigger than expected so we are okay with a few people doing their own thing but really wanted everyone together. If you are thinking about it, please talk to us before booking. There are two big hotels right next door to our hotel too that would be a perfect stay.
