What City Should I Stay In?

We recommend you stay in San Luis Obispo because it is centrally located and 25 minutes south from the wedding venue in Santa Margarita, California. This is where Chris and I live and where we will be staying for the weekend. If you prefer to stay outside of town, there are other wonderful cities nearby. Remember to arrive at Oyster Ridge Venue in Santa Margarita at 3:00 pm on Saturday. If you decide to stay outside of San Luis Obispo, please allow adequate travel time to arrive by 3:00 pm. Guests who arrive past 3:15 will be asked to wait until after ceremony to enter.

SLO Airport is small, quick, and convenient. Direct flights from Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Dallas, Phoenix, and Denver.

Driving To San Luis Obispo From OC

LOCAL TIP: If you're driving to SLO from Orange County/L.A., we recommend you take the 101 all the way up and IGNORE Hwy 154 in Santa Barbara. It is the same distance if you take the 101 and a better drive.
