When should I RSVP?

We welcome RSVPs as soon as you are sure of your plans. Please RSVP by March 1st, 2025 at the latest.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have secured preferred rates for our wedding guests at Demeures de Campagne Parc du Coudray on 5/16-5/18. This is the location of our welcome dinner on Friday night, and is a ten minute drive from our venue for the Saturday wedding and Sunday brunch. Due to the remote location of the venue and lack of public transportation options including Uber/Lyft, we highly recommend our guests choose to stay here. Rates: 1 adult - 252 euro/night for a classic room. Breakfast included. 2 adults - 277 euro/night for a classic room. Double bed or two single beds. Breakfast included. Is transportation provided to/from hotel to wedding venue?
Answer
Yes. Complimentary shuttles will be provided between the hotel and the wedding venue. A bus will leave Demeures de Campagne Parc du Coudray promptly at 4:15pm from the hotel, with two small vans to follow. These are meant as backup, please plan to make the bus! At the end of the night, 3 vans will circulate between the venue and the hotel beginning at 12pm with the last ride at 2:30am.

Is parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, if you choose to drive, parking is available directly outside the château. If you plan to drive to the venue, please use Mairie de Nainville-les-Roches as the GPS destination.

Are children welcome?

Due to venue constraints we are unable to accommodate children and infants. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding and reception is semi-formal. Think suit and tie and cocktail dresses. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside in the garden; please choose your footwear accordingly.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the chateau grounds. The reception will be held indoors.

Do I need a visa to travel to France?
Answer
From 2025, US citizens will need to register with ETIAS to travel to France. ETIAS is not a visa, it is a travel authorization for visa-exempt non-EU citizens, including Americans. ETIAS will make France an even safer travel destination. Applying for ETIAS is 100% online with no embassy appointments or interviews. The authorization is electronically linked to the US passport on approval and verified when the travel document is scanned at the US border.
