My sister Candace had met with Eshie back in April 2018 to catch up and talk about doing a collab event. Somewhere in the middle of the conversation, my sister saw something in Eshie that she loved. After many months of trying to get me to meet her, I agreed to stop by at a pop-up event at my sister's house. I spent the next months leading up to the event, asking questions about her to Candace and took my curiosity to the LORD. By the end of August, I felt a gentle tug from the LORD to pursue Eshie. I met Eshie in my sister's backyard, while she was working hard selling her jewelry. I gently approached her table, looked through her products and with genuine curiosity asked her why she named her business, "Mantle Jewellery." She explained passionately. Many butterflies flew within my soul that day. Almost a year later, on August 4, 2019, I asked her to be my wife in my sister's backyard. With tears in her eyes she nodded her head. #yes
