So we met at Chris' birthday party a few years back. We would both say we were not instant friends. However, training for a half marathon, going to the gym and socializing with friends gave us a lot of quality time together. Our first date was not fancy - dinner at GiGi and some bargain hunting at Ross. Don't judge. But it all felt, well, right. Since the beginning of our relationship each aspect of it has felt loving, loyal, honest and simply fun.

Sometimes a trip to the zoo is a bit more adventurous that expected. We were spending some quality time with family, visiting the animals and enjoying a warm summer day. After a walk around swan lake (by the way, we didn't actually see any swans), Doron got down on one knee and proposed! Of course the answer was yes :) but the magic didn't end there. After sharing our happy news with Chris' parents, we were accosted by what at first seemed like a group of escaped animals. Turns out it was some of our dearest friends - dressed as animals - there to celebrate our engagement.
