Chris and Dave met in South Carolina in July of 2024 through an online dating app. Chris was immediately attracted to Dave's wit and humor even before they met in person. Dave knew from their first date that Chris was unique, in the best way. He was immediately drawn to her and excited to see where this connection would go. Their first date was at Taco Mundo at Barefoot Landing during a torrential rainstorm, and they haven't stopped laughing since then. Since that first date, they communicated daily and bonded over common interests like music, travel, beach time, cooking and home projects. Over the past year, they’ve shared in life’s joys, like holiday celebrations, and stood by one another through difficult times. They bought a home last December and have been enjoying building their space together and riding around in their new golf cart. Together they share a zest for life, enjoy discovering new things, and they seek to find joy in everyday activities. Dave made a surprise proposal at sunrise on the beach on April 26, 2025. They intend on living life to the fullest and can't wait to continue their journey as husband and wife on April 11, 2026. The best is yet to come!
