Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm and we ask that you arrive between 3:30-3:50.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle from Best Western Denver Southwest. Please be aware there is only one pick up time and one drop off time, and the shuttle will not wait if you are running late. Please aim to be at the meeting point for the shuttle by 2:30-2:45pm as the shuttle will be leaving at 3:00pm on the dot. Please remember we are a mile above sea level here and alcohol will affect the majority of you differently. The road to and from the venue is twisty and poorly lit, so we highly recommend taking advantage of this shuttle or utilizing Uber/Lyft. Uber/Lyft will likely be easy to book from downtown to the venue, but you will need to schedule an Uber ahead of time for your return as there is not much cell service at the venue and very limited Uber availability.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue, and an attendant will help direct you where to park. Please keep in mind that if you leave your car at the venue overnight you must come pick it up by 10 am.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that guests wear cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception.

We request that only the specific guest(s) named on your invite attend the ceremony and reception.
