Camelback Hike
Chris loves to hike Camelback while Courtney relaxes at the pool. If you're looking for an intense hike, try the Echo Canyon side.

Restaurant in Scottsdale with great drinks, pasta and pizza. Lively atmosphere with a big patio and a daily happy hour from 3-6pm! Try the flaming cheese and bolognese.

Dive Bar in Scottsdale that's always Christmas themed if that's your vibe! Bring cash :)

This is one of many great courses nearby. It's about a 25 minute drive from the Biltmore area.

Saguaro Lake Ranch Stable
The best spot for horseback riding! We went in August 2025 and loved it. We even ran into a wild horse in Tonto National Forest on our path.
Salt River Tubing
Tubing on Salt River is a staple for the Thaxton's. The river is pretty cold but refreshing on a hot Arizona day. Sometimes you can even catch horses in the water as you float by!
Stellar Adventures
We went on a UTV Tour here in August 2025 and absolutely loved it. Our guide Mitch was 10/10. The trailhead is just under 1 hour from Arizona Biltmore.
Talking Stick Resort Hotel
If you're looking for a casino, this is the place! Courtney's Dad loves to play poker here. The Thaxton's have also celebrated birthdays and anniversaries at the restaurant, Orange Sky. Great views of the valley and often live music on the weekend!
