What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Any time between 5:30 and 5:45 pm. The gate will not be open before 5:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking on the street is free on weekends in Richmond. There is also a small lot on the side of the Poe Museum.

Should I wear a costume? It's Halloween!

Answer

It's also a wedding! Please no costumes, per se, but feel free to have fun. We will all be dressed nicely, which we would appreciate you to follow as well, but also dress warmly! The wedding will be outside, although steps will be taken in the case of inclement weather. That being said, young children are welcome to wear their costumes and bring candy buckets.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

It is outside! We recognize that we are getting unusually cold weather on the day of the wedding so we have taken steps to make sure our guests are as comfortable as possible, but please dress with the weather in mind.
