Officiant
Matron of Honor
I've lost count as to how many years that I've actually known Jackie. I met her through my cousin back in what had to be 2004, but it wasn't until my first year at Blinn in 2008 when we reconnected. Jackie and I ended up living together my sophomore year of college and Jackie was the one that had the largest influence on not only my decision to go to A&M, but to do so many other things outside of my comfort zone. Granted, I never let her persuade me into joining the Peace Corps, but I did intern abroad so that's close enough...right? Jackie is the big sister that I've never had, and I'm so grateful that she has been there for me through thick & thin and especially throughout the wedding planning. Thank you for everything.

Sara, my true partner in crime. I met a lot of amazing people in 2010 when I transferred into TAMU, but I'm so glad that I met Sara. I don't know how I would have gotten through college, and many other life changing events without her. I met Sara at t-camp after we bonded through a late night walk in the woods talking about our favorite horror movies while on our way to a Disney '80s themed dance party. From there, the rest was late night study sessions, football games, family functions, Vegas, ring-dunks and so many other wonderful memories. There is no one else that I would rather co-parent a devil cat with (she's still accepting Chris as her new dad, even after 5 years) and no one else I'd rather ride or die with. I'm elated that I get to marry Chris with this girl by my side.

Tracy and I met back in Art History at Blinn in 2010 and bonded over one of the weirdest professors I'm sure that either of us have ever had. It was one day in class that I mentioned I was searching for a roommate for the following year and Tracy suggested that I live with her and her friend, Blaire. I took Tracy up on the offer and ended up living with her and Blaire for two awesome years. Tracy and I bonded over music, our love for Texas A&M and her crazy pooch, Prince. While Tracy refuses to move to Houston to be closer to me, I still love her nonetheless and I'm so honored she will be celebrating me and Chris's special day.

While I've known Rachel the shortest amount of time, I can't think of anyone else that I would want standing up there with Chris and I on our big day. I was lucky enough to meet Rachel through Kevin, even though she first entered our lives as someone Kevin had referred to as "Derek". Over the past two years, I've gotten to know Rachel and have come to find that she is one of the sweetest, most genuine people you will ever meet, even with her sneaky sense of humor. I'm so thankful for all of the crazy, fun filled, late night adventures and can't wait for many more in the future.
