We encourage you to book hotels soon as this is a busy weekend in Charlottesville! We will have buses transporting guests to and from the Marriott Downtown University Medical Center (walk to University Baptist Church for pick up) as well as the Omni Hotel. We encourage all guests to get to one of these locations and take the bus as there is very limited parking available at The Clifton. If you are staying at The Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown, we will have the bus pick you up before the main stops. Friday, May 12th 7:30pm - Buses pick up at The Marriott and The Omni for the Welcome Party. 9pm - Early bus will be available to take guests back to hotels. 10pm - Bus will pick guests up from the Clifton and return to The Marriott and The Omni. Saturday, May 13th 3pm - Buses will arrive to The Marriott and The Omni to pick guests up. Buses will depart at 3:10pm sharp. 8:30pm - Early bus will be available to take guests back to hotels. 10pm - Buses arrive to take guests back to hotels.
