When should I RSVP by?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will pick up guests at our hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Wallingford-Meriden. Stay tuned for more details about the exact times of pick-up and drop off.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Pavilion at Crystal Lake has ample parking for all of our guests. But don't forget there is a shuttle that will take guests to and from our hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Wallingford-Meriden if that feels like a better option than driving yourself!

What should I wear?

Answer

We suggest wearing cocktail or semi-formal attire. The ceremony is outside, under a shaded canopy of trees. There is a hard, stone walkway, so there is no need to worry about your heels getting stuck in the grass! It is likely to be a warm (and probably humid) summer day on the East Coast, so bear that in mind as well! The reception is indoors with AC!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We hope to see as many people as possible for our "Welcome Drinks" event the night before the wedding and for "Morning Bagels" on Saturday. Please see the "Weekend Schedule" page for more details.

We have decided to make our wedding ceremony and reception a mostly kid-free evening. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns or questions!
