Where should I stay?

Answer

Our first recommendation would be to book an Airbnb or VRBO as soon as you are committed to attending the weekend. There are a few places still available that are walkable to the venue. For more information, visit our "travel" page!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes yes yes!!! We will have a space for this on the RSVP but if you have any further questions please text the bride at 616-916-6948 or groom at 518-860-6744.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are working on mass transportation to and from the venue. However, there is a bus line that runs throughout the day from Lake George to Bolton Landing until 9pm but no other public transportation or ubers will be available. We encourage you to rent a car for the weekend and find walkable accommodations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We want you to feel like a million bucks so first and foremost, wear what makes you feel your best! We will be having an outdoor, tented wedding on the lake at the end of June. Please dress "Jacket & Tie." "Jacket & Tie" is similar to "Lounge Suit or Semi-Formal," however "Jacket & Tie" indicates that it is acceptable for men to wear a sports jacket, suit jacket or even a smart blazer and chinos with a tie. Women should wear a cocktail dress that is shorter than floor-length, a pantsuit, or dressy separates. If you would like to wear a floor length gown or tux, by all means!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will be at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no earlier than 4pm to The Chateau..

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love to invite everyone to come hang out up at the Collier's Camp in Gull Bay on Lake George the week leading up to the wedding! If you have any interest in joining the party early, please let us know by the end of October 2021 and we will orchestrate accommodations nearby.
