Bridesmaids Beautify At The Hotel

Wear comfy clothes/pajamas!
Bridesmaids to meet at the hotel by 7am for hair and makeup. A limo will pick up bridesmaids and groomsmen at 12:30pm from the hotel and transport them to the church ceremony.
Ceremony
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Ceremony and mass from 2pm-3pm. Please arrive between 1pm-1:30pm. A previous mass will be letting out as you arrive so please take your seats as the church empties.
For all non immediate family and non bridal party members, after the ceremony, feel free to freshen up or grab a drink at the hotel before meeting at the cocktail hour at The Fiesta by 5:30pm. Please see shuttle details under the "Travel" tab.

Photos with immediate family and the bridal party at the church from 3:00pm-3:30pm. Transportation will be provided for the bridal party..
Transportation of Bridal Party

Following pictures at the church, the bridal party will be transported to the venue.
Photos At The Fiesta
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Immediate family and bridal party will take pictures outside the venue before cocktail hour.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Cocktail hour from 5:30pm-6:30pm in the room outside the Casa de Rosa ballroom. Please dress in cocktail attire.
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Following the cocktail hour will be dinner and dancing from 6:30pm-11pm.
