Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
One of our favorite places! Even if you don’t go for a concert, there are so many trails that we have run on and sights that have captured our breath. Definitely worth a drive up to see the iconic venue.
Riverdale Dunes Golf Course
Have to throw a golf course in there. Riverdale Dunes is one of our favorites but we also love Thorncreek, Foothills, Homestead, and Indian Peaks. Really wherever you can get a tee time.
Go to a Rockies game
Just kidding. We know the Rockies won’t make the playoffs. But if they do, we recommend partaking in the legendary ROCKtober ⚾️
Go to an Avs Game
NHL opening day is typically mid October so you might be able to catch an opening night with the Avalanche. The only chant you need to know is HEY! HEY! HEY! 🏒
Go to a Broncos Game
Don’t hold last season against them. Or the last 7. At least go for the legendary flyover, an over priced Coors Light, and the chance to yell IN-COM-PLETE 🏈
Sushi Ronin Denver - Sushi and Sake Bar
Our favorite Sushi place in Denver. Get the Dark Side, Goku, and Ronin. And the house hot sake. At least 3 bottles. Pair it with a night cap or pre drinks at El Five and you have our favorite date night.
El Five
Only the locals know how to get inside but once you do you’ll have the best view of Denver, amazing tapas, and strong cocktails. Make sure to get a reservation (want to start looking a month out) and request to sit by the bar so you can see the views. Here they have the legendary Zombie drink and incredible paella.
MiddleState Coffee
Our favorite coffee shop in Denver! Bre got a latte and Chris got a cappuccino. Don’t forget the breakfast burritos either, you won’t be disappointed 😋
