The ceremony, reception, and after-party will be held at Otter Trail Winery in Langley
We ask that guests arrive by 3:30 pm. The ceremony will commence promptly at 4:00pm. Late guests will not be permitted to attend the ceremony
The bride and groom will take pictures together, with their close family, and with the wedding party. You will get to enjoy drinks, food, and games during this time at the cocktail hour and the reception will follow
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). Dinner and reception will be indoors. Please dress appropriately
Formal invitations will be sent in January. Please RSVP by March 15, 2026
We addressed our invitations to the people we would love to come. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner and a late night snack. We would be happy to provide the finalized menu with you in advance, upon request
Dietary or otherwise, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make accommodations
Formal wedding attire is desired
Last call for alcohol is 11:15pm, and we kindly ask guests vacate the premises by 12:00am. DJ services will cease at 11:30pm
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We want you all to be fully present and ask that all phones and devices be put away during the ceremony. We have hired an incredible team of photographers to capture one of the most important moments of our lives. We would be happy to share those photos with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
There is on-site parking available. However, we encourage you to carpool or use a ride sharing service
Yes, if you have been drinking, please do not drive. Vehicles may be left overnight but will need to be picked up the next morning
The most important gift is having you share our day. If you wish to contribute in some other way, we are requesting monetary gifts in order to save for a home. A card box will be at the reception if you wish to drop off a card. Please see the registry tab for more details
