Flight
To get to Riva you can either fly into Verona, Venice or Milan. Milan is roughly a 2hr 45min drive, Verona is roughly a 2hr drive and Venice is roughly a 2hr and 15min drive by rental car or taxi. Taxi service is more modest from Verona if you are not renting a car.

Travel Note
While we would love to provide transportation to everyone, that is just not possible due to arrival dates, times and flights. Our suggestions, if you fly into Verona travel accommodations via taxi or transfer service are reasonable. If you are flying into Venice or Milan, those services are much higher in price. I recommend renting a car. Some transfer or taxi services are Transfeero and Suntransfers. * VERY IMPORTANT * If you are going to rent a car please look into an IDP as I have just found out I guess it is required in Italy to rent and drive a car. Triple A can provide them. We are providing a bus for guests arriving on September 3 to VCE. And it would be a roundtrip transfer returning to VCE on September 7 for those returning home or heading onto their next adventure. Please watch for updates. For the bussing, please note that the bus will have a specific pick up time. So there may be a wait. We will have more details at a later time. If you are planning to join us for the weekend and once you have your flights, we ask that you email us your arrival and departure times to better schedule bus pick up. We are hoping most can get a flight in before the afternoon.
Travel Note
When booking your hotel, just an idea to look for the Half Board option. That means the stay includes your breakfast and dinner. If you think that would work for you. If you book directly with one of the hotels I've listed, half board is an option. On booking websites like Expedia or Travelocity they only offer you "Breakfast Included".
