Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal. We encourage guests to dress accordingly in attire they feel comfortable and confident wearing.

Question

What will the wedding party be wearing?

Answer

The wedding party will be dressed in coordinated black attire, with bridesmaids wearing black chiffon dresses and groomsmen in black suits accented with meadow green ties.

Question

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by the date listed on your invitation. This will help us provide our vendors with the final guest count and ensure everything is perfectly prepared for the big day!

Question

Can my children attend?

Answer

To allow all guests to fully enjoy the celebration, our wedding will be adults-only. Children who are members of the wedding party, as well as those 16 years of age or older, are welcome to attend.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We kindly ask that you let us know if you're unable to attend by the RSVP date listed on your invitation. Your response will help us finalize arrangements with our vendors and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Question

Can I change my RSVP the month of the wedding?

Answer

If you were previously able to attend and are now unable to, please let us know. If you were unable to attend but can now join us, we apologize as our final guest count has already been submitted to our vendors, and we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. For your convenience, a shuttle bus holding up to 30 guests will begin service at 3:30 PM from Home2Suites and Holiday Inn. The shuttle will make several trips back and forth before the ceremony to transport guests. Otherwise, we ask that guests arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure everyone is seated and ready beforehand.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Guests who choose to drive should use the address on the invitation, which will bring you through the property entrance and into the pecan orchard, where parking will be available. As parking is limited, we encourage guests to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service from the hotels.

Question

What should I do if I arrive late to the ceremony?

Answer

Should you arrive late, parking will still be located in the pecan orchard, which is to the left of the ceremony location. If the processional is already underway, we kindly ask that you remain discreet and wait until it has concluded before entering the ceremony space.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, both our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. While dinner is being prepared, we invite you to enjoy our cocktail hour!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that you stay fully present with us during our unplugged ceremony. Before and after the ceremony, we'd love for you to share your photos of our wedding day in our Google Album!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to our venue's accommodations, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your RSVP join us. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we are pleased to offer an open bar with a complimentary selection of beer and wine for our guests.

Answer

Room blocks are available at AmericInn and Holiday Inn in Vidalia. For additional accommodations, guests may also consider Hampton Inn, Quality Inn & Suites, or Home2Suites. Please note that Airbnb options in the area are very limited.
