Please dress in semi-formal attire for our special day! Men: suits or jacket and slacks Ladies: cocktail or evening dresses

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes!! The shuttle will run from the Hilton Garden Inn to the ceremony then reception and back to the hotel. We have arranged this with our traveling friends & family in mind but anyone is welcome to utilize the shuttle! Even if you live in town consider booking a night at the hotel with us so you can enjoy celebrating responsibly with no need to drive. Shuttle schedule coming soon!

Please plan to arrive and be seated by 1:45pm.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of our events will be held indoors. There will be outdoor areas to enjoy during the cocktail hour & reception.

Please note that due to space limitations, plus ones are only invited if specifically noted on your invitation.

While we can't predict exactly, the average temperature for March in Tyler, TX is a high of 69 and low of 48. We are hoping for clear skies but rain or shine the celebrations will continue!
