When and where do I rsvp?

Answer

All RSVP cards were mailed, please drop your card in the mail at your earliest convenience. Although your rsvp card states June 30th, we need your response by June 1st! If you have misplaced your rsvp, please email kerriseagraves@gmail.com or text 704.502.0060

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal ~ We recommend suits and/or ties and evening gowns or cocktail dresses, elegant separates

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We suggest arriving by 4:00pm for the prelude. Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm with dinner and dancing to follow

What colors will the wedding party wear?

Think Carolina! ~ Dusty blue and navy with champagne and gold accents

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The entire wedding event will be held indoors

Where should I park?

the venue offers complimentary parking spaces in the lot - additional parking available in the parking deck

Can I take the light rail?

Answer

Absolutely, yes! The light rail stop is Sugar Creek and PINE wedding venue is just beyond Soul Gastrolounge

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Although there are many hotel options available Uptown, we have a complimentary block at Double Tree by Hilton SouthPark. If you choose to book a room for the night, please text Kerri at 704.502.0060 for the group discount link. Deadline to book is June 10, 2026

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to include all the kids within our circle, we have chosen to keep our wedding to adults, with the exception of wedding party attendees and a few family children. We want you to come to enjoy yourselves without any added stress for the duration of the evening.
