We recommend guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for plenty of time to get settled before the proceedings.
Black tie - we invite our guests to dress to impress with a black tie dress code! Please feel free to reach out with any specific questions!
The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will be in a covered outdoor patio. The reception will be indoors.
We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue! The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off at the Black Fox Lodge in Pigeon Forge. The venue is about a 20 minute drive from the Pigeon Forge area. The venue has parking as well so guests are welcome to drive if they prefer.
We want our guests to stay wherever they feel most comfortable! We recommend staying in the Pigeon Forge area to be close to the venue and there are a lot of great hotels, Airbnb’s and cabins in this area.
