Would you believe it if we told you that we met in elementary school? Caleb moved schools and we lost touch. I never forgot him. In 2010 I found him on Facebook and sent him a simple message that read, “hi.”, to which he did not respond! Fast forward a few years and I found him again and saw that he was dating someone else. Out of respect, I didn’t want to interrupt his life and relationship. A few years later, in 2020, we ended up reconnecting on Tinder (I know, right?). Caleb was in the Navy, fresh out of Boot Camp and working in Mississippi. Not sure if everyone was aware, but there was a pandemic going on at the time! We both needed someone to talk to, so we started talking as friends periodically. It was a little dicey at first, but we couldn’t avoid each other for long. Fast forward to October of 2020, Caleb asks me if he can come see me at Crawford Farms. Nervous, I agreed. That’s when our love story began!
