We love you and love to meet and see that special someone in your life, but our wedding is not the time.We would like to respectfully inform you that since we are following social guidelines please refrain from bringing an individual that has not been explicitly invited.
We wanted to let everyone know that due to a motor vehicle accident in which Stephanie and Alex were involved in, the wedding has been postponed to December 5, 2020. In addition to the set backs we previously faced, we had to make the decision to delay the wedding further to allow for recovery. Thank you once again for understanding and we look forward to being able to celebrate the long awaited day. When it comes right down to it, a marriage is a commitment of two people, and a wedding is a party that can be rescheduled, so that is the route we have decided to take. As our day is fast approaching we have sent invitations out to a small group of family and close friends. As much as we love to have you all there on our special day, we cant. The safety and health of everyone means the world to us. The good news is that our wedding will be live streamed for all to see. As soon as we have that information we will post it here. Stay safe! Future Mr. and Mrs. Jean
We met during our first year of law school. We had been placed in the same section and had barely spoken to each other during our first semester as classmates. During final exams that year I approached Alex to study for our first final exam. From that moment on, we began a pre-exam study group. A year later Alex asked me out and the rest is history.
For the 2018 Holiday Season we decided to take a trip to Europe, which we had been planning for a long time. Our first stop was London, a city that holds a special place in my heart. On December 17th, Alex took me to a Gordon Ramsay, Michelin Star restaurant "Petrus", where he had arrange every detail for the perfect proposal. After the best meal either of us has had, Alex pretended we were taking a picture in front of the wine cellar, when I was ready to smile, Alex went down in one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. I said "Yes", there were tears, hugs and clapping from everyone at the restaurant, and just like that we were engaged. We are very excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in November!
