Question

How can I (tentatively) let y’all know whether or not I’ll be able to make it?

Answer

We’d love to know if you will be able to attend the wedding as soon as possible! We understand that it can be difficult to know this far in advance, but a tentative yes or no is very helpful for planning purposes. Please use the the RSVP tab on our website or send a text to Sydney at 903-771-8463.

Can I bring a guest / plus one?

Answer

As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Unless your invitation explicitly includes a guest, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we would love to see your kiddos, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (the only exception being immediate family). We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're going for a Tuscan sunset theme on our wedding day, and we would love for our guests to help us in making this vision happen. Female guests are encouraged to wear formal dresses of bright spring colors. For our male guests, we would love for you to wear a black tux or a suit. Feel free to incorporate a pop of color into your tie.

How will I be getting to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

There is parking on site, so our guests are welcome to drive themselves to the venue. However, we ask that you please do NOT drive if you will be drinking at the wedding or arrange a designated driver in advance because you can’t leave your car at the venue overnight. For those who will be drinking, we recommend securing a ride on the provided bus that will make two trips from Hotel Lucy. Exact transportation schedule will be posted later.

What time should I get to the venue on wedding day?

Answer

Please try to arrive and be seated around 5:30pm, as we will begin at 5:30pm sharp. Follow the signs pointing towards the ceremony space once you've arrived on property.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once you’ve received your invitation (these will be sent out closer to the wedding date), please RSVP either via the response card included with the invitation or via the ‘RSVP’ tab on our website.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please indicate if you have dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Regretfully Decline." If you have RSVP'd attending but find out that you can no longer make it, please update your status on our website by April 16th.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope that you understand!

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will follow.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh! Come ready to drink, dance, and celebrate the night with us!
