We'd prefer formal/cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception -- think floor- or tea-length dresses, jumpsuits or suits. It's a spring wedding so feel free to be colorful! Here's a link to Pinterest if you need some inspiration: https://pin.it/6gkfx2S49
Yes, there will be limited parking at the venue in the parking lot across the street. However, we will also have shuttles running to and from each of the hotels we've blocked (Hyatt Regency at the Arcade and Hampton Inn Downtown) every half hour between 3:30pm-11:30pm if you'd rather not worry about it!
Yes! We understand that it can be hard to find babysitting, especially on a holiday weekend, so children have been included on invites. If you have a child that was not included on the invite but that you would like to/need to bring, please let us know so that we can add them to your RSVP and our guest count! Kids' meals will be provided for them during dinner -- this includes chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese. On the flip side, if you have children included on the invite but would rather have a parents'-night-out, we understand! We can remove them from your RSVP and we can keep it our secret.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony -- that means no phones out. Thankfully we love the photographers and cinematographers we hired for the wedding, and trust that they will capture the whole thing beautifully! We will send out a link to the full, edited wedding album when we receive those back. Your job is just to relax and enjoy the day with us!
Yes! PLEASE let us know ahead of time if you have any specific food restrictions. When you RSVP, there will be an opportunity to let us know when you're choosing your meal option. Thankfully, many options are already gluten-free and there will be a vegetarian option already.
