WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Our suggested attire is cocktail. Our venue has paved walkways and artificial grass, so you can be comfortable wearing any type of shoe! For women, we recommend mini/midi/maxi dresses or sarees. For men, we recommend suit jackets/sport coats!

What time should I arrive?

The venue doors will open at 4pm.

Our venue is required to check IDs for any guest that will be drinking alcohol, so please make sure you bring your ID!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue.

WILL THERE BE A TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL?

Answer

Yes! We have booked shuttles from Lakehouse Resort and Botanica. We want you to enjoy the evening without having to worry about driving. Please meet in the front of the hotel lobby for the shuttles. Shuttles will leave at 3:30pm. Our venue is roughly 25 - 30 minutes from the hotel. Hopefully you all can get the party started on the shuttles!

We have chosen to have a kid-free wedding and we are excited to celebrate with you!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a "plus one," their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

WILL THE WEDDING BE HELD INDOORS OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. Our venue has abundant foliage and trees, ensuring plenty of shade!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Oceanside has perfect weather during July, not too hot or too cold! It will most likely be in the mid to high 70s.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten free food option?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have any specific dietary restrictions, we kindly ask you include these on your RSVP reply card and we can ensure we accommodate your request.

Can I park my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Cars may be left at the venue overnight and can be picked up between 10am and 12pm the following morning.

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

Our wedding will end at 10pm. We will continue the party at Lakehouse Resort!

HAVE YOU RESERVED HOTEL ROOM BLOCKS?

Answer

We will be staying at the Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos. While our hotel block has already been filled, you can still book your room directly through the hotel or third party sites (Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.). If booking through directly through the hotel, please make sure to let them know you are part of the “Dossett Anthony Wedding” to make sure you are part of our group!

DO I HAVE TO RSVP?

Yes, an RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. You can either RSVP by mail or online on our website! Please ensure that you RSVP no later than 05/26/2024. Thank you!
