Arguably the best views of downtown Pittsburgh and a must-see for any visitor. You can drive to the upper station if you just want the views (for free!) or park at the bottom station if you want to ride the incline AND see the views (small fee).
An icon on Pitt's campus where we went to college, the Cathedral of Learning is the tallest educational building in the world. The nationality room tours on the first couple floors are a great way to get inside the building and see some of the stunning architecture. Note: Tours must be booked at least 3 days in advance (see link below!)
We love Phipps (why we're having the ceremony there) and we strongly recommend touring the botanical gardens if you have the time! Tickets can be booked online or at the front desk.
Has both a fountain and city views, making it a great place to check out on a summer day. As the name implies Point State park can be found where the three rivers converge. Recommend pairing with a trip to Market Square or the North Shore!
Our favorite restaurant in Oakland during college. The Hog Heaven is a must-try!
