What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, and ladies are encouraged to wear a floor-length gown or a tea-length cocktail dress (color encouraged)! Please check back for inspos!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all be outdoors so please dress appropriately. Weather can be expected to be low 80s (high 20s C) during the ceremony with the evening low being high 60s (low 20s C). Late night dancing will continue and move inside into the Calistoga Ballroom.

Is transportation available on the wedding day?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available for those staying in downtown Calistoga from 5:00 PM to the Four Seasons, with return shuttles running back to Calistoga throughout the night once reception ends. For those who would prefer to drive, valet is available at the Four Seasons.

What time should i arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you to arrive between 5:00 PM and 5:15 PM for our 5:30 PM ceremony.

Is the event kid friendly?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only events.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, this will be indicated on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate as such on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
