Out-of-Town Guests

. . . We’re so excited to spend extra time with you! To kick off the weekend, we’ve planned a welcome happy hour the day before the wedding—details are below. We’ve also included some of our favorite local spots for you to explore while you’re visiting Orange County!

Welcome Happy Hour At Green Cheek Beer Co.

2957 Randolph Ave, Unit B, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Thursday, September 18, 2025 4:00-7:00pm Please join us the night before the wedding for a happy hour at Green Cheek Beer Co.! We’ll have plenty of delicious beers and appetizers to share. Green Cheek is located across the street from The CAMP (thecampsite.com) and The LAB (thelab.com). We highly recommend checking out both spots if you’d like to shop or explore more food options before or after happy hour—Ahba has one of our favorite burgers, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything in the area! ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

The Orange Circle

118 South Glassell Street, Orange, CA 92866

The Orange Circle Fun fact: this is where we met! Charming antique shops, cafes, and restaurants-- great place to wander, shop, and grab a bite. Our favorites: Butaton Ramen & Gabbi’s Mexican Kitchen

Old Town Tustin

434 El Camino Real, Tustin, CA 92780

If you like the vibe of the Orange Circle, Old Town Tustin is another charming spot worth checking out. Favorites: Hola Adios Coffee, Storico Spaghetteria, CHAAK Kitchen

Anaheim Packing House

440 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, CA 92805

The Anaheim Packing House is a vibrant food hall where you snack your way through dozens of food and drink spots all under one roof. Perfect for indecisive eaters! Favorites: Unsung Brewing Company is across the street and has some awesome sours!

River Street Marketplace

31856 Paseo Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675

San Juan is a bit of a trek, but we wanted to include it depending on where people stay. Much like our other recommendations, they have shops, breweries, coffee shops and food. If you end up going, you need to check out Heritage Barbecue. It’s Texas-style barbecue and absolutely worth the hype. Just go hungry and be prepared for a bit of a line! BEACHES & NEARBY SPOTS

Newport Beach Pier

Newport Beach Pier

1 Newport Pier, Newport Beach, CA 92663

Heading down to the main pier in Newport is definitely worth it for your first visit. The area is super walkable, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, making it an easy and convenient spot to explore. Quick Bite: TK Burgers – casual, tasty, and right by the beach. Chill Bars We Like: Blackie’s By the Sea, Sharkeez – both laid-back spots perfect for a drink near the water.

I Street

I Street, Newport Beach, CA 92661

36th Street

36th Street, Newport Beach, CA 92663
Crescent Bay

Crescent Bay

Crescent Bay Drive, Laguna Beach, CA 92651
Salt Creek Beach

Salt Creek Beach

33333 Pacific Coast Highway, Dana Point, CA 92629

This is our favorite spot—you can find us here most weekends! The large park above the beach is perfect when you’re not up for a full beach day but still want to soak in the ocean views and be by the coast. We often go the picnic-route, but Young's Beach Snack (https://www.youngsbeachshack.com/) is located right above the sand and has amazing fish and chips! Bonus: it’s also where we got engaged!

Balboa Fun Zone

Balboa Fun Zone

600 East Bay Avenue, Newport Beach, CA 92661

Small but sweet, the Balboa Fun Zone is a nice place to visit if you’re in Newport. Ride the Ferris wheel, play a few nostalgic arcade games, and grab a chocolate-dipped frozen banana. You can also take the short ferry ride to Balboa Island, where you’ll find cozy restaurants and cute boutiques.
