What date and time is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be on August 15, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. The ceremony will be held at Chloe's parents' house at 765 Nipissing Street, Sturgeon Falls ON, followed by a cocktail hour and reception at the same location. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities!

Yes, we’ll be hosting an open bar for all guests.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is no parking available at the venue, but we’ve made transportation super easy for everyone! Guests may park at either of the following locations: - Comfort Inn (11 Front Street) - Club d’âge d’or Sturgeon Falls (109 Third Street) From these locations, a shuttle bus will begin running at 3:00 PM and will bring guests directly to the venue. The ride is approximately 3 minutes, and the bus will make as many trips as needed to accommodate everyone. The shuttle will remain available on demand throughout the event to bring guests back to their cars at any time. For our local guests, you’re more than welcome to be dropped off and picked up directly at the venue, so no parking is needed. In the evening, the shuttle will begin making larger return trips, depending on how many guests are ready to leave. Please check the "Shuttle Schedule" page. Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire celebration will be held outdoors. If it rains, we’ll have a tent to keep everyone dry. Since it may be warm during the day and a little chilly in the evening, we recommend dressing in layers so you can stay comfortable. We’ll have a cozy fire pit, heaters, and hand-held fans to help with the weather — but a light jacket or wrap for the evening is always a good idea.
