FAQs

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave your cameras and cell phones in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture all the moments of our wedding day, and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards.

Question

When is the RSVP date?

Answer

We kindly ask you RSVP by July 1st to ensure you are included on the dinner reservations!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by going to the RSVP tab here on our website!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space, we’re only able to accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP card.

Question

Are kids Welcome?

Answer

We adore little ones and are thrilled to have many included in our ceremony! However, unless they are specifically listed on your invitation, we kindly request that they not attend the reception. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! For the children we’ve invited, a nursery will be available during the ceremony with a caregiver present. Whether it’s for a quick diaper change or to let them get their wiggles out, this space will be open and welcoming for all.

Question

Where will the celebrations be held?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, and our reception will follow in Plymouth. It is about a twenty-minute drive between the two.

Question

What time should I arrive

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30PM. The doors will open at 1:50. Please arrive no later than 2:15PM to allow time to park, enter the church, and find a seat. If you come late, you will not be allowed in the ceremony until everyone in the processional has entered and been seated.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re going for a semi-formal wedding. Ladies could wear a nice cocktail dress, a flowy maxi, or a cute jumpsuit. Guys could go with dress pants and a button-up or a suit/sport coat if you like. Ties are totally optional. Just dress up a bit, feel comfortable, and be ready to dance.

Question

Cocktail hour?

Answer

Between the ceremony and dinner there will be appetizers and drinks available at Amore in Plymouth, WI. Cocktail hour will be 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm with dinner to follow.

Question

What about drinks?

Answer

We’ll have a bar on site! Please note that it will be a cash/credit bar, so be sure to bring your favorite form of payment.

Question

What is for Dinner?

Answer

We will be having a Mac and Cheese bar! There will be plain mac and cheese along with chicken bacon ranch mac and cheese. We will have all sorts of toppings. Served with hot veggies and rolls!

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Yes! We’re registered through Amazon, and you can find the link on our wedding website. Your love and presence are the greatest gifts, but if you’d like to browse our registry, we truly appreciate it!

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We’re unable to reserve many rooms due to events happening in the area. We recommend booking a hotel as soon as possible if you’d like to stay nearby or looking at options south of the area.
